Signal is a Product Manangement Consultsancy led by me, Adam Warburton. Here’s a bit about me:

It’s 30th June 2007. Rihanna’s “Umbrella” is #1 in the charts. And I’m queuing outside an Apple Store to purchase the original iPhone.

There’s only one issue. It’s US-only, and I’ll need to take it apart and jailbreak it to get it to work in the UK. No problem, I thought.

Fast forward two weeks, and I’m home with a $599 brick in my hands. Similar to the time I got a PlayStation 2 for Christmas… and proceeded to take it apart.

I’ve always had a fascination with technology and how things work, even if my early attempts were a bit disastrous. Thankfully, my future success in the tech world went much smoother!

With over a decade of experience in product management, I’ve consistently driven innovation and created solutions that address real customer needs and deliver substantial value. My journey has spanned diverse sectors, including retail, housing, and digital services, where I’ve led teams to achieve remarkable results.

Currently, I’m the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Rove, a startup dedicated to helping consumer brands scale internationally more efficiently. Previously, I was the Chief Product Officer at Vypr, a leading product intelligence platform, and I’ve held leadership roles at Co-op, Travelex, and Irwell Valley Homes. My approach is hands-on, blending strategic oversight with a passion for the mechanics of product development.
